BRALO manufactures fastening and cold-formed components for a wide range of industrial applications. Our portfolio includes blind and structural rivets, lockbolts, rivet nuts, stud nuts, special nuts and customised cold-formed parts. We are certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 for automotive.

Using progressive cold forming with up to six forming stations, we produce threaded and non-threaded components, spacers, bushings, solid and semi-perforated parts and assembly components from steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and nickel-copper alloys.

Custom parts can be manufactured from wire diameters up to 16.5 mm, with shank lengths up to 130–140 mm depending on the component design. Internal and external threads from M3 to M14 are available.

A wide range of head and body geometries can be produced, including flat, oval, square, grooved, cylindrical and hexagonal designs, as well as fully customised shapes.

Available surface treatments include zinc-nickel, zinc-iron, zinc plating, Delta Seal, anodizing, stainless steel passivation, epoxy or acrylic lacquering and sealing treatments.

BRALO also provides engineering support, prototype development and customised solutions, enabling machined or turned components to be replaced by cost-efficient cold-formed parts while maintaining the required mechanical function and performance.
